Rubén Saldaña
Rubén Saldaña Acle was born in Salamanca, Western Spain, in 1976.
He studied Engineering at the James I University in Castellon and graduated with Honours in Technical Engineering in Industrial Design from the Elisava School in Barcelona.
He went on to obtain a Master’s Degree in Industrial Design Management from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.
Saldaña has been the head Product Director at Arkoslight since 2010 and has been the recipient of >50 international honours for lighting and product design. These include, but are not limited to: the European Product Design Award, the Archiproducts Design Award, the ADCV Gold Award, the iF Design Award and the Iconic Award for Interior Innovation.
