KODA Shipping & Delivery
Lead Times
In-Stock Items: Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 business days of payment being received.
Non-Stock Items: Lead times vary by product and are indicated on each product page. Estimates provided on the website are indicative only and may be superseded by information provided via quote, order confirmation, or direct inquiry.
All lead times are estimates and are subject to delays beyond our control. KODA will endeavour to notify customers of any significant changes to an ETA as soon as possible, but will not be held liable for any costs arising from a delayed order.
In the unlikely event that a backordered item becomes unavailable from our suppliers, KODA will offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated at cart and checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Standard delivery is to the ground floor only and does not include unboxing or assembly.
KODA reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional cases where delivery results in unusually high shipping charges, such as deliveries to remote locations.
Shipping Restrictions
KODA ships to addresses across Australia. We are unable to dispatch orders to PO boxes, post offices, or freight forwarding locations. We strongly recommend providing a residential or business address where possible.
Order Requirements
To ensure successful delivery, please note the following when placing your order:
• A valid name, contact phone number and email address must be provided at checkout.
• It is your responsibility to ensure all delivery details — including address, phone number, email and contact name — are correct. KODA cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
• At checkout, you may give the courier Authority to Leave, authorising the courier to leave goods in a safe place if no one is present at the time of delivery.
• Where an item is out of stock, partial deliveries may be made.
Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your junk folder if you do not see this in your inbox. After dispatch, the courier assumes responsibility for the delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking progress and liaise with the courier directly if needed.
Delivery Conditions
• Deliveries are made between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
• Delivery is to the ground floor only. Customers are responsible for arranging any access beyond or below ground floor level.
• Deliveries must be signed for. Any shortages, discrepancies, or visible damage must be reported to the driver at the time of delivery and notified to KODA within 24 hours. After this period, KODA cannot accept responsibility.
• If goods are returned due to non-availability or failure to reschedule with the courier, an additional redelivery fee will apply.
• Once goods are marked as delivered by the courier, the order is deemed successfully delivered. KODA is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or tampering occurring after delivery.
Construction Sites: KODA strongly recommends providing a residential or business address rather than a construction site. If a construction site address is used, the customer accepts full responsibility for any redelivery fees and any loss or damage that may occur once goods are delivered.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available from KODA showrooms. Select this option at checkout. Please allow 2–4 business days for stock to be transferred to your nominated collection point — you will be notified when your order is ready.
Please do not attempt to collect your order until you have received confirmation that it is available. Valid proof of purchase and photo ID are required upon collection.
Storage Policy
Once your complete order is ready for collection or delivery, KODA provides complimentary storage for up to 2 weeks. After this period, a storage fee of $50 per week will apply and will continue to accrue until goods are collected or dispatched. Please make timely arrangements to avoid additional charges.
